1. INTRODUCTION
Welcome to Boxy ("Boxy," "Company," "we," "our," or "us"), a digital inventory and
organization application owned and operated by JIREH CROWN LLC.
Boxy is designed to help individuals organize, catalog, search, and manage personal property
through QR codes, inventory records, photographs, categories, notes, and related
organizational tools.
Protecting the privacy and security of our users is a fundamental objective of Boxy. This Privacy
Policy explains how information is collected, processed, stored, used, disclosed, and protected
when you access or use the Boxy application and any related services we provide.
This Privacy Policy is intended to promote transparency regarding our information practices
while describing your rights and choices concerning your information.
By downloading, installing, accessing, registering for, or otherwise using Boxy, you acknowledge
that you have read, understood, and agree to this Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you must discontinue use of Boxy.

Account means the registered user profile created to access Boxy.

account.

Authentication Provider means a third-party identity service used to verify your identity,
including Google, Apple, Facebook, Microsoft, or other supported providers.
Base44 means the backend infrastructure platform used to support the operation and
synchronization functionality of Boxy.
Boxy means the mobile application, related services, websites, and software operated by
JIREH CROWN LLC.
Inventory Information means any information created, uploaded, entered, or managed by a
user within Boxy, including but not limited to:
● QR codes
● Container names
● Storage locations
● Item names
● Categories
● Notes
● Images
● Search tags
● Organizational folders
● User-created metadata
Personal Information means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could
reasonably be associated with an identifiable individual, as defined by applicable law.
Premium Services means subscription-based features available through a paid Boxy
membership.
Service Providers means trusted third parties engaged to perform services on behalf of JIREH
CROWN LLC necessary for the operation of Boxy.
User, "you," or "your" means any individual who accesses or uses Boxy.
3. SCOPE OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy applies to information processed in connection with:
● The Boxy mobile application.
● Your Boxy account.
● Premium subscription services.
● Customer support communications.
● Authentication services.
● Synchronization services.
● Official websites operated by JIREH CROWN LLC that reference this Privacy Policy.

When you interact with third-party providers, your relationship with those providers is governed

4. ELIGIBILITY AND AGE REQUIREMENTS
Boxy is intended solely for adults who are eighteen (18) years of age or older.
By creating an account or using Boxy, you represent and warrant that:
● You are at least eighteen (18) years of age.
● You possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
● The information you provide is accurate and complete.
● You will maintain the accuracy of your account information.
● You will comply with this Privacy Policy and the Boxy Terms of Service.
Boxy is not designed for, marketed to, or intended for use by individuals under the age of
eighteen (18).
JIREH CROWN LLC does not knowingly permit minors to create Boxy accounts or use the
application.
If we become aware that an individual under the age of eighteen has created an account or
submitted personal information, we reserve the right, subject to applicable law, to suspend or
terminate the account and delete associated information within a commercially reasonable
period.
Parents or legal guardians who believe a minor has improperly created a Boxy account may
contact us using the support information provided within the application.
We reserve the right to request reasonable verification of age where permitted by applicable law
if necessary to protect the integrity and security of the Boxy platform.
Nothing in this Privacy Policy shall be interpreted as creating any obligation for JIREH CROWN
LLC to actively monitor or independently verify the age of every user except as required by
applicable law.

Boxy is designed to collect and process only the information reasonably necessary to create
your account, provide the Services, synchronize your inventory across your authorized devices,
maintain account security, and deliver subscription functionality.

Boxy.

Inventory Information is associated with your Boxy account to enable synchronization between
devices where you are signed in.
JIREH CROWN LLC does not review your inventory information except where reasonably
necessary to investigate security issues, provide customer support requested by you, comply
with applicable law, or protect the integrity of the Services.
C. Technical Information
To maintain the reliability, compatibility, and security of Boxy, we may process limited technical
information including:
● Device model
● Device manufacturer
● Operating system
● Operating system version
● Application version
● Device language
● Time zone
● Crash diagnostics
● Error logs
● Performance metrics
● Network connection status
This information helps us improve stability, troubleshoot issues, and protect the security of the
Services.
D. Subscription Information
If you purchase Boxy Premium, we may receive limited subscription information from the
applicable app marketplace, such as:
● Subscription status
● Subscription plan
● Purchase confirmation
● Renewal status
● Expiration date
● Transaction identifiers required for verification
Payment card information is processed by the applicable marketplace and is not stored by
JIREH CROWN LLC.
E. Customer Support Information
If you contact customer support, we may process information that you voluntarily provide,

● Diagnostic information you choose to share
● Communications regarding your account
6. AUTHENTICATION AND ACCOUNT
INFORMATION
Creating a Boxy account allows you to securely access your inventory across authorized
devices.
Users may create an account using:
● Email and password
● Google
● Apple
● Facebook
● Microsoft
Authentication is performed through the selected authentication provider.
When you choose a third-party authentication provider, that provider may share limited
information necessary to identify your account, such as your email address, name, or a unique
authentication identifier.
JIREH CROWN LLC receives only the information reasonably necessary to create and manage
your Boxy account.
Authentication providers maintain independent privacy policies and terms governing their own
services.
Account Security
You are responsible for:
● Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
● Protecting access to your devices.
● Promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.
● Keeping your account information accurate.
We recommend enabling available security features offered by your authentication provider
whenever possible.
7. INVENTORY INFORMATION
Inventory Information is the primary content created by users within Boxy.
Your Inventory Information remains associated with your Boxy account and is synchronized
between devices that are authenticated using the same account.
Examples include:
● Personal inventory
● Storage container contents
● Photos
● QR Code assignments
● Categories
● Notes
● Search data
● Organization preferences
JIREH CROWN LLC does not sell Inventory Information.
JIREH CROWN LLC does not use Inventory Information for targeted advertising.
JIREH CROWN LLC does not license Inventory Information to advertisers or data brokers.
Inventory Information is processed solely to provide the functionality of Boxy and to maintain
synchronization across your authorized devices.
Ownership of Inventory Information
You retain ownership of the Inventory Information that you create within Boxy.
Except as described in this Privacy Policy or required by applicable law, JIREH CROWN LLC
does not claim ownership of your Inventory Information.
By using Boxy, you grant JIREH CROWN LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to process your
Inventory Information solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, securing, synchronizing,
and improving the Services.
8. DEVICE AND TECHNICAL
INFORMATION
To improve the reliability and security of Boxy, certain technical information may be
automatically processed.
Examples include:
● Device identifiers
● Operating system information
● Application version
● Diagnostic logs
● Crash reports
● Error reports
● Performance information
● Device language
● Time zone
● Security event logs
This information is used to:

maintain, improve, secure, and support the Boxy Services.
10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND
BACKEND INFRASTRUCTURE
To provide the functionality of Boxy, JIREH CROWN LLC utilizes carefully selected third-party
service providers that perform services on our behalf. These providers are engaged solely to
support the operation, security, authentication, synchronization, maintenance, and improvement
of the Boxy Services.
Our current backend infrastructure is provided through Base44, which supports the secure
operation of the application and synchronization of authorized user data between devices
associated with the same Boxy account.
In addition to Base44, Boxy may integrate with trusted third-party services for purposes
including, but not limited to:
● User authentication (Google, Apple, Facebook, Microsoft, or email/password
authentication)
● Subscription billing through Apple App Store and Google Play
● Application performance monitoring
● Crash reporting
● Security monitoring
● Customer support functionality
● Fraud detection
● Service reliability
Third-party providers process information only to the extent reasonably necessary to perform
the services they provide on behalf of JIREH CROWN LLC or in accordance with their own
independent terms when acting as authentication or payment providers.
Your use of third-party authentication or payment services is also subject to those providers'
respective privacy policies and terms of service.
Nothing in this Privacy Policy grants third-party providers ownership of your Inventory
Information.
11. DATA SYNCHRONIZATION
One of Boxy's core features is the ability to synchronize your inventory across multiple devices
that are signed into the same Boxy account.
When synchronization is enabled:
● Inventory Information is associated with your authenticated Boxy account.
● Authorized devices connected to the same account may retrieve synchronized Inventory
Information.
● Changes made on one authorized device may be reflected on your other authorized
devices.
● Synchronization is intended solely to provide continuity of your personal inventory
information.
Synchronization does not grant other users access to your Inventory Information unless you
intentionally authorize future sharing features that may be introduced by Boxy.
Synchronization services are not intended to function as a permanent archival or backup
service. Although we strive to provide reliable synchronization, users remain responsible for
maintaining any additional backups they consider appropriate.
JIREH CROWN LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted synchronization or the permanent
preservation of all Inventory Information.
12. DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
JIREH CROWN LLC values user privacy and does not sell or rent Personal Information or
Inventory Information to advertisers, marketing companies, or data brokers.
We may disclose information only under the following circumstances:
A. Service Providers
To trusted service providers who process information solely to provide services necessary for
operating Boxy.
B. Legal Compliance
When required to comply with applicable law, court orders, subpoenas, governmental requests,
or other lawful legal processes.
C. Protection of Rights
When reasonably necessary to:
● Protect the rights of JIREH CROWN LLC.
● Protect the security of Boxy.

When your account is permanently deleted, JIREH CROWN LLC will take commercially

Residual copies may temporarily remain within encrypted backups maintained for disaster
recovery, security, or operational continuity, after which they are routinely overwritten or securely
